GRASP Training Days
The training phase of the GRASP Project is intended to close the communication gap and in so doing will measure, monitor, and communicate the strategic plan and its goals and objectives, throughout the organization in a way that is understood by everyone. The Training Days are: 1) Orientation 2) Governance Leadership, 3) Organization and Strategic and Action Planning, 4) Single School Plan 5) Support and Follow-up 6) Support for 2nd Year Continued Planning.
GRASP Project will offer 6 training days for the participating school’s leadership team. Various members of the participating school’s team will be required to attend some or all of the days. You can find more information on the following links:
